If you use the calculator without creating an account, your data is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers. If you create an account, your profile data is stored in encrypted form and retained until you request deletion. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EntitleCan, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on our eligibility estimates or benefit calculations.
